Since we are a special order and custom home furnishings company, many of our items cannot be returned or refunded. A special or custom order is any product that is not in stock at our warehouse, and instead, it must be ordered specifically for you or is built to your specifications based on size, fabric, etc. All of our custom and special order items are final sale and are not available for refunds, exchanges, or credits. We cannot accept custom items for return due to customer preference, no-fit, or other reasons. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace or repair it following the manufacturer's guidelines. In these cases, we encourage you to call us or fill out a claims form online. We’ll work to ensure you get a quality piece of furniture.
Yes, we do have a showroom where you can come and see many of our beautiful furniture pieces. We are open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day for your convenience.
